Recent forecasts indicate that parts of the UK are heading into another prolonged spell of hot weather, with temperatures above 30°C possible for up to 10 consecutive days in some southern and eastern areas.
In response, the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has upgraded heat-health alerts from yellow to amber across several regions, including London, the East and West Midlands, the East of England, the South East and the South West
