An urgent appeal has been issued to help locate Maisy Grace Gordon, who has been reported missing for nearly two days.

Maisy, who has recently turned 13 years old, has not been heard from since she disappeared, leaving her family increasingly concerned for her welfare.

Her father, Shane Gordon, has asked the public to share information widely in the hope of bringing her home safely.

In a public appeal on social media, he said:

"Right guys, I need everyone to share this post and help try to find my daughter as she's been missing now for nearly two days. She's just turned 13 and we are all worried about her as we haven't heard anything. If anyone sees her, then please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you."

Anyone who believes they have seen Maisy or has information about her whereabouts is urged to contact Shane Gordon immediately and report any sightings to the police by calling 999 if the sighting is immediate or 101 for non-emergency information.

Her family is asking everyone to share the appeal across social media to help reach as many people as possible.
